All requests for returns or refunds must be made within 90 days of your delivery date. We askthat you fill out a Refund Request Form to start the process.

We issue all refunds to the original credit card you used to make the purchase. You must submit a Refund Request Form first. After the request is processed, it may take up to 2-3 business days to see the refund reflected on your account statement.
