Shipping Policy

Although most orders ship within 24 hours of purchase from our New York location, please allow 1-2 business days for orders to process before they are shipped. 

** Please note we have no control over your package**

Business days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Holidays and Sundays are not included in business days.

We do not ship to PO boxes for Standard and Expedited shipping.  

Standard Ground Shipping:
Up to 5 business days on average after the order is processed.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. We use a variety of different carriers to ensure the best experience for our customers. Just click on the number in the shipping confirmation email to track your package!

USPS Format: 16 DIGITS

FedEx Tracking: 12 DIGITS
Example: 299999999999

UPS Tracking:: Normally Starts with “1Z”
Example: 1Z9999999999999999
